Northland Community and Technical College Strategic Plan
It’s been my privilege to work with Dr. Sandy Kiddoo and the talented staff and faculty of Northland Community and Technical College to create a new strategic plan. We began the process fall of 2021 and finished the plan in the spring of 2022. The newly established vision and mission were approved by the Board of Regents in June.

Michelle was able to pull a very diverse group of constituents from the college, both internal and external and facilitate ideas and themes seamlessly. Michelle kept the group moving forward effortlessly and on task. Michelle helped craft our values, mission, vision and strategic plan that reflected what our college holds and what the vision of what the college needs in the future. It was a delight to work with Michelle on this.
