GREATER MINNESOTA MANAGEMENT 2020 STRATEGIC PLAN

In 2020, I had the pleasure of working with Miriam Buchanan, CEO of Greater Minnesota Management, together with the board, to develop a strategic plan for the organization. It included a comprehensive environmental scan as well as vision, mission, values, goals, objectives and action items. The plan incorporated a thorough assessment of current opportunities and challenges and established an aspirational vision for growth.

Greater Minnesota Management manages multifamily apartment properties throughout Northwest Minnesota. Greater Minnesota Management has been in business since 1997 when they formed a 501c3 professional management company to serve cities and housing authorities in northern Minnesota. Since that time, they have established a reputation of integrity and excellence, serving the needs of communities, residents and property owners, as well as supporting the ongoing professional development of each of their valued employees. In 2003, they formed another non-profit company, Greater Minnesota Property allowing us to serve individual owners and partnerships.
