I worked closely with Michelle when I was President of the Thief River Falls economic development board. Michelle was an incredible hire as our organization’s executive director. After on-boarding, she quickly listened to and built trust with those around her, and she made the board and the community stakeholders she served very comfortable with her approach and priorities. She proved capable of building a strategic plan, gaining community-wide stakeholder consensus on the plan, and then executing the plan effectively. Her work output, efficiency, communication skills, decision-making ability and goodwill ambassador work for the community was outstanding. Michelle is a proven leader who can be counted on to gets things done.
