360 Manufacturing Center of Excellence is an innovative, collaborative effort between education and industry to recruit, educate, and train workers for dynamic careers in advanced manufacturing. Landsverk and Associates has had a long-term contract with 360 to assist them in securing grants. During that time, three major National Science Foundation grants have been secured, in addition to several smaller grants.
I have had the pleasure of working with Michelle on multiple projects and programs over the last 5 years. I am constantly amazed by her ability to manage large, complex programs and projects that involve many stakeholders. She has a natural ability for keeping these teams on task and progressing towards goals. She is able to develop programs that provide value and a win-win for all of the organizations involved.
Specifically, she assisted my organization with securing a large National Science Foundation grant. I have also witnessed her ability to write multiple successful grants to federal agencies and foundations. She has excellent writing skills and is able to keep all of the grant details well in hand, assuring a strong proposal. She is very strategic and professional in all that she does.
