Project Management Philosophy

Over the years, I have worked with a broad range of organizations and projects, bringing planning, facilitation, communication, and team-building skills to each project. All come under the umbrella of project management. Project management always requires planning and often requires assembling or identifying resources that will enable implementation of the plan or activities. Effective two-way communication is a must for any successful project.

Maximum impact is usually derived from high-functioning teams, so one of my goals is to bring out the best in every team I work with. I’ve learned that excellence results when people are engaged, informed, feel respected by their peers, and own the end product.
